All rooms are attractive and individual, with en-suite, TV, welcome tray with tea/coffee and a hairdryer. We have an annex with a kitchenette and a double and single room, both with en-suite. The single room can take an extra bed. This is ideal for a small family or can have single occupancy when available. Perfect if you require privacy. Evening meals,main course only, Mon-Fri served at 8pm. Excellent eating places nearby Convenient for Milton Keynes, Xscape with skiing and other activities, Milton Keynes Theatre, Bletchley Park, Wavendon with The Stables, Woburn Abbey, Woburn Safari Park, Woburn Country Club Golf, Bedford, Cranfield University etc. Breakfast is served 7am-9am, Mon-Frid & 7am-9.30am weekends. In consideration to other guests the lounge should be vacated by 11.00pm during the week . All rooms should be vacated by 11.00am., unless prior arrangements have been made. Special dietary requirements catered for n(please mention this when booking). 2 large car parks. The Granary is a converted barn situated behind our 17th Century Manor House set on an arable farm with connections to Oliver Cromwell. We are one mile from Junction 13 of the M1 and equidistant from Milton Keynes and Bedford, 5 Miles from Cranfield Airfield and Business School, 3 miles from Woburn, 30 minutes from Luton Airport and one hour from London. We have many highly recommended restaurants and pubs nearby in Woburn, Aspley Guise and Salford. There are also numerous Golf Courses in the surrounding area. There are good footpaths and bridleways running through our farm connecting with the Greensand Ridge. Wildlife includes deer, pheasant, partridge, foxes, badgers and many birds. We can accommodate dogs and have grazing for horses. Our all-season tennis court is available to all of our guests. 
Newton Park is a traditional working farm situated on the Buck/Beds border, 15 minutes from Milton Keynes, set in a beautiful location with stunning views over the Ouse Valley. A total of 3 rooms, two in annex and one in new barn conversion with their own entrance and plenty of parking outside the rooms. Each area has kitchen area with microwave/fridge and sitting area. Wireless broadband in all rooms and TV/DVD, Radio/CD. Full English or Continental breakfast. Three pubs closeby. 
...Bethany House is a family-run B&B located in a quiet residential area of Bedford, within easy walking distance of the central shopping area, the mainline railway station, and the bus station. The house dates from Victorian times and has many fine architectural features. We have 7 guest rooms for single or double occupation, starting at just £30 per night. Three of the rooms have an en-suite shower room with W.C. All the guest rooms have a TV and tea/coffeee making facilities. A continental breakfast is served in the dining room between 7.00 and 9.00 a.m. and included in our room rates. A full English breakfast can be provided if required, and dinner is usually available if ordered at breakfast time. The proprietor, Julie Donadio, is an acclaimed Italian cook. We have wireless internet and free parking available for our guests.
